I added these to my other message but am not sure how anyone will know they are there! Sorry - am quite new here and still trying to learn how things are done. Hope I haven't broken any rules.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction with a couple more please - am a bit baffled.
They are all things associated with water.
1. Under water betting shop? (5)
2. Sounds like a long mournful moan (5)
3. Awarded first place? (8)
4. Tired from smoking? (6)
I'm sure you'll find most people on here are very happy to help anyone who asks.
Here are a couple of sites that I have found very helpful with crosswords and quizzes:

That's really kind of you ladyalex ... am off to check-out those websites! I just have four clues left now so am going to see what I can come up with but if absolutely stuck might just take you up on your very kind offer. Thanks so much.
Thanks TheWinner ... I couldn't come up with anything so do appreciate your help.
Am still baffled over these and would be grateful if anyone can put me right.
1. Someone who throws things high? (7) I thought of pitcher but am sure it is wrong.
2. A mobile shower? (7)
3. One on the fiddle! (5) I thought this might be something to do with Alice in Wonderland but have googled my socks off and think I am on the wrong track.
Thanks for your help TheWinner. I've put "Bream" for another answer as I he is a classical guitarist so might need to keep thinking on this one. (I just Googled to check I was along the right lines). I didn't think to check if there are any fiddlers with appropriate sounding names so will do that right now!
Gosh mazie of course it is! Thank you very much indeed for your help ... was just overwhelmed by the number of violinists there are out there and was imagining an afternoon trawing through them.
Hi TheWinner - many thanks for that suggestion. Sorry not to have replied before now - didn't see your message.
I wonder if that answer would want a different letter count maybe? I've put the seaweed and hope for the best.
VERY many thanks to all who helped me.
