Yes and what with spiralling cost of rail travel and still we are being bullied and forced out of our cars by higher and higher running costs. Soon we wont be able to afford to travel at all, anywhere. There will come a time when some people wont be able to afford travel to work or move nearer to work because of unaffordable housing, then what?

i suppose it could have taken you the long way round for half an hour.

i gave up the bus a year ago when they increased the price of my journey by 50% in 6 months. a return trip to work costs me £6 whereas i can drive in and park for free.

London £2.20p for single journey, unless you get an oyster card, which works out cheaper
