Just before closing the computer, I had a look to see what`s on the box. 7.25 James 30minute meals:
"The chef prepares focaccfia stuffed with prosciutto and cleriac remoulade served with dressed mozzarella and fresh lemon and lime granita~"
The only nouns I have heard of in that are lemon and lime. Makes me feel 110.

Thanks. And when I go out it`s pesto this and tortilla that and great big skewers of revolting looking minced meat (dog? swan? dzo?) they carve bits off and yes, I`ve heard of mozzarella. Of course I have. They roam the plains of the USA or used to, I believe.
