i waited for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone at our surgery, and they have a 0845 number.

how comes they tell you if you are late for your appt it will be cancelled and yet the GP is always late & hasnt even arrived at the surgery.

i was told off once for being more than the alloted ten seconds, or so its seems, so told them off for keeping me waiting for 40 minutes.
