Print problem

I running windows 7, when I want to print from an e-mail it prints
on a doctype HTML whic is almost impossible to read. All other printing seems to br OK, has any of you any ideas?????????? Thanks

Here's a few:
Tell us whether you use web mail or an e-mail client
If you use web mail, which browser and mail provider?
If you use an e-mail client, which one?
Finally, a single question mark is perfectly adequate to indicate a question.
