Need Some advise please!
My Husband who is 16 years older then me has been talking about when he might have to go into a care home, he seen quite ok with this, he is of ill health, he has prostate cancer and is a kidney patient. he is now 76 years old. My question is, what will happen to our house, will i have to sell this to fund his care?
I myself am 60 and disabled, i can get about the house but have a motorised wheelchair for outdoors. I receive DLA. Would i have to sell up, what is my position legally? thank you dinkydoo.
