Hellion, that orange drink was called Appeel and was made by 'Birds'. I used to love it !
Were Shaker Makers those things you got in cereal packets that you'd shrink in the oven and make into a necklace ? I used to love making crisp packets badges like that :o)
What about those things you got in comics like the card/paper triangle contraption that made a loud bang when you whipped it through the air. And the plastic helicopter thingy that you fired into the air with an elastic band. Really thin floppy, almost see through 7" records with naff music on!Any more?
Does anyone remember Texan bars? Soft chewey white substance which when you bit into it and pulled, it seemed to go on and on and on before you were able to finally get it broken off? and what about black jack and mojo's, and more importantly BASEBALL BOOTS!!!

Yeah, all that stuff AND... does anyone remember "Ice Breaker" ? I used to get sent to the 'cabin' during the break in New Faces with 50p and a list of sweets for the whole family. Ice Breaker was a minty chocolate bar with a printed blue and silver foil wrapper. That and a bottle of Cresta. Them were the days eh? (I now have 5 less teeth than i should have)
I remember Smiths fangs and bones, bones were salt and vinegar flavour and fangs were beef flavour. They were lovely. Also little bags of square fruit flavoured sweets which were hard on the outside and chewy on the inside.
