www.play.com is a good site they do region 1 & 2 dvd's and it's free p&p they sell cd's and console games also

i use www.101cd.com and www.choicesdirect.co.uk quite a bit. basically no single site is the cheapest - they all offer different prices and have 'sales' or special offers on different stuff at different times. your best bet is to use a price comparison site such as Kelkoo (if you know what you want) or just browse as many sites as you can find (if you're just browsing looking for bargains.
