Forged Signature on contract
I am currently going through an employment tribunal today i received the evidence from my previous employer with a contract of employment that has a signature on there i did not sign
I am aware that is not legal to forge a signature but my question is what are the consequences of doing so?

Section 1(3), Fraud Act 2006:
"A person who is guilty of fraud is liable—( a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or to both);(b)on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or to a fine (or to both)"
