It would be good if anybody following slimming world healthy eating plan could post what their favourite food/recipes - just to give the rest of us some different ideas.
Any kind of frittarta and salad - then I can pretend its a quiche - needless to say I use all my points for glasses of wine or G &T s so only eat free foods Have lost 2 stone so its working
Jacket spuds with chilli , Jacket spuds with tuna and sweet corn ,Pasta and home made tomatoe and chilli sauce with what ever -prawns chicken thrown in too
Stir hot fresh salmon, asparagus tips and Tablespoon of low fat Creme fraiche into your own choice of pasta.Season well. I prefer Tagliettelle myself as pasta choice.
I also like kedgeree. Flake cooked smoked Haddock and chopped hard boiled egg into cooked rice,teaspoon of butter and salt and pepper. You can also use a little currybpowder but not my preference.
Both recipes use a few syns but are very filling healthy meals. I have lost 2 Stone so far in 4 Months.
