Solicitor's conflict of interest in child access case
There's an access issue re an 8 year old between the parents who live apart. The mother's solicitor has a history of dispute against the father's new partner who was formerly a friend.
Can the solicitor act on the mother's behalf or is there a conflict of interest under 3.02 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct that could prejudice her approach at the cost of soundness of advice given to the mother?
Thanks
