Can anyone help, i want to connect my orange rio mobile to my laptop to download tunes, i have connected the laptop to the phone via a usb cable, i click on mass storage on the phone but cant seem to get any further.

Does your computer need a driver for this mobile installing? Many do.
Then when you plug in it will be recognised properly .. and will charge thru USB.
Look in Device Manager to see if shown under name and as USB device.
