Halloumi - interesting recipes

I fancy having some halloumi and was wondering if any of you have got a decent recipe? I don't just want it with salad - it needs to be reasonably substantial as I generally only eat two meals a day so I don't want to be starving tonight. Thanks

Always have Halloumi and pineapple kebabs done on the barbie. Sweet and salty is devine.
