Indigestion caused by antibiotics

I am on antibiotics for a chest infection - eurythrimicin- and have pains in the stomach due to feelings of indigestion. The medicine specifically forbids the takng of tablets to relieve it. Any tips?

Yes, take the Erythromycin with food or a glass of milk.

Thanks Sqad, i always take with my meal - still suffering! having a nice cuppa of hot tea at the moment - that always helps.

You can take indigestion remedies but not within 2 hours either side of taking the erythromycin
it probably says "do not take indigestion remedies at the same time as this medicine". that just means don't take them one after the other, not don't take them at all
