Burger King

I am not a fan of burgers but I do eat on the odd occasion, I think B/king's burgers taste far better then Mcdonalds, especially the Aberdeen Angus ones.
That greasy smell that hits you as you open the door of a McD puts me off completely.Whose do you like best ?

BK burgers are nicer but the bread is disgustingly sweet and has a crumbly stale quality to it. McD has better buns but the burgers are pappy. The garnishes are a matter of taste but chunks of raw onion and soggy tomato from BK are not as appealing as crunchy iceburg (which in general I would avoid) from McDs.
When caught short I'd like a Maccy King or a Burger Donald....or a yummy home made burger using proper rolls, burger cooked to your liking, filling of your choice etc.....sadly not to be had on a late night run down the A303!!!

My advice is either to make your own or always carry a couple of packs of rustlers in your handbags/manbags.

I used to work in Burger King (and Pizza Hut) and do like the flame grilled burgers but really not keen on the fries with the coating stuff they have on them. I like that you can get more salad in them though.
Overall though I prefer Maccy D's, cheaper and I love the fries in there and there is more variety of things I'd choose off the menu.
I have to say though, in town the Maccy D's are much nicer than the Burger King which always seems to be full of quite dense, slow and often rude staff who seem to have little idea about customer service or common sense, another reason I don't tend to go in. In one local Maccy D's I went to recently I counted over 20 members of staff just behind the counter at one time at a busy period and they still managed a speedy, efficient and perfectly friendly service.
Maybe it was also the free staff meals - overkill!
