starting puppy classes tomorrow, but have a question. 2 neutered males in house already; bitch puppy. She relentlessly plays with them despite pretty clear signals from them to shove off. When they get really annoyed they try and mount her. husband wants to stop them doing this, but i see it as their last line of defence. D'ya reckon it's ok to let them do it?

Ha, karenmac, I've just twigged the significance of your constant references to 'knees' in 'evil-sheep's' thread!
Actually, there was nothing intended - it was in response to Al trying to get saucy ;)
perhaps its a case of like when robbie williams sings "get on your knees" (in love supreme) and i just think "ok then":)
The question should have been 'd'ya reckon it's ok to let HER do it' - and the answer is most definitely no! Don't allow her to pester them, use distraction by way of toys or treats and either give her or them time out by putting her or them in another room or in a crate for a short while.
1 all humans should be the dominant ones
2. a 'dominant' should not allow any dominance among the lower orders ( as you would with kids ).
