It's called Dr. Beat, a mash up of Gloria Estefan and Mylo's song Dr. Pressure (I think)

It's Mylo Vs Miami Sound Machine - Dr Pressure, a combination of MSM's Dr Beat and Mylo's Drop The Pressure.

I don't mind a correction at all! I didn't think I was 100% right. My, my does Gloria Estefan look so young in the video!!
