I had thought of that but it puts another clue wrong!......Tropical climbing woody plants...L?A?ES......I had lianas!!! Any thoughts?
Lianes - alt sp for 'lianas'
the plural of LIANA is LIANES, so EREBUS fits - well thats what I put anyway!!
