Ed must have pulled it, micmak - we've said before that only Ed can pull threads. I didn't see it, so I can't hazard a guess as to why.

because somebody posted to a link to the question, and I suppose the Ed thought it would be inflamatory and pulled it

Oh well, mercia, all I can add is that I often give answers, and sometimes they are ignored, but hey!.......if that's the way they are, then fine, I will be unlikely to help in the future!...........
