Ice cream anybody?

Spent the morning with 5 15 year olds making ice cream
We have:
Clotted cream vanilla
Honeycomb crunch
Fresh Peach swirled with fresh raspberry sauce
Rich espresso with walnuts
Rich chocolate with choc chips
Black Cherry with cherry brandy

Many years ago I created my own icecream receipe. The product was very well received by all who experienced it and it has become the stuff of legend today.
It requires equipment nothing more sophisticated than a hand powered beater, a saucepan on a stove and the freezer in the fridge.
I remember making it with the kids at preschool, (the kids are 25 now). The expression on her face as she tasted it by one of the mums who was initially somewhat sceptical of the ingredients is one of those moments that I will never forget.
I must make it again this (Australian) summer for old time's sake. Will be sure to invite that mum to the occasion.
