small hard lump on the back of my hand

About three weeks ago a small red spot appeared on the back of my hand, it is now bigger (pea sized) and is a white hard lump.
Any idea what it could be ?.

It could be (although the pictures in your link are much bigger). I will keep an eye on it and see if it gets any bigger this week.

Is it on a joint, is it painful, is a bony lump?

It is not on a joint it does feel hard though,its on the back of my hand .

Hi sqad i dont think its that its growing on the top of the skin not painful at all, has a rough feel to it and has gone double in size in 3 weeks . Gone from red to white (pea sized now) Do you think its something like a simple wart ?

Not a wart........in the skin?.......nothing obvious or sinister comes to mind.

I have looked at the pictures of "implantation demoid" and it does look like one of the pictures but just smaller. I think i will book a doctors appointment just to see what they say. Thanks Ratter and sqad .
