Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Has anyone else got their quiz back yet. Closing date was 30th June.In spite of me sending in my quiz along with a S.A.E fo answers, I received my S.a.e back on Saturday, when I opened it guess what! I received the answer sheet.
My quiz wasnot enclosed nor was the amount raised or who the winner was.
Surely i you send in aquiz along with a S.a.e. you expect to get your quiz back duly marked and corrected where necessary. When I approached the setter via a third person the reply was oh we did not realise anyone needed their quiz back only an answer sheet, they have all probably gone into the recycle bin. Has anyone else experienced this? Surely this is a good way of making money by selling you a quiz and answers with no effort on their part. If they cannot bother to mark them or send them back then what's the use in buying them.

It is one of my pet gripes too, I know a lot of quizzers keep a copy of their entries because of this, but I don't as I do so many. The majority do return your sheet but a few do let the side down.

Thank you for your reply mamyalynne. I usually do a copy of the quiz I send in but on this occassion I Forgot. When we set quizzes we always send back the quiz sheet along with the answers if they enclose an S.A.E. in saying that, if someone locally enters a quiz, and does not enclose a S.A.E we post by hand their quiz sheet, since it is always nice to see how well one has done. On this occassion I was annoyed because there was no excuse for not writing on the answer sheet who had won and how much was raised and a thank you for entering anyway.

I'vat happen too. Even more annoing was one I bought and when I got home I found that the prize would be picked from all those who got over 45 correct answers. There were 50 questions!!!!
