There's the good news, then there's the downright rotten....
Firstly, & most importantly, thank you all for your concern & interest in my granddaughter - Scarlett & mum are now out of hospital. Baby is breathing normally. Mum had 3 blood transfusions but they are home & happy. Dad is changing nappies like a gud 'un with a beam from ear to ear. They are already besotted (as am I). I don't know whether to well up more at the sight of my beautiful granddaugher (did I mention she was beautiful??!!) or at the sight of my son looking adoringly at his daughter.
Secondly, I couldn't post any earlier today - I can only access AB now from the library or if I borrow/buy a laptop/PC. My NHS Do-Gooder or 'Outraged of Tunbridge Wells' seems to have pursued their witch hunt. My manager has been informed that I still post on AB in work hours (even though I have been at pains to point out that I go on in a morning before I clock in, or only on lunch/teabreaks). The site has now been barred from all work computers. I can understand my manager feeling the need to do this - what I find harder to udnerstand is the mentality of the person informing (persecuting).
I have to say we are not entirely sure it is the same person as previously, I have my reasons for suspecting it may indeed be another Do-Gooder who has decided to join the Do-Gooders Bandwagon. So those who come on AB/CB on their work computers - beware. Somebody or bodies are out there to get me/us, whether or not you are on here legitimately.
I shall not post much more on here after today - but am determined to continue to post whenever I can, simply so this (these) doucheb@gs do not successfully drive me away.
You have all been so supportive over the last few weeks & I'd hate to lose touch with you all on here. Soz for yet another loooooong post, but I felt it necessary on both counts ;-)
Thank you Guys 'n Gals. And Goodnight.
