That is a mamoth task, all Family History Societies have to undertake volunteer projects to qualify the socities for charity status but they usually stick with Church and ChAPEL graveyards and record and publish the MIs (Monumental Inscriptions) to sell to members and the public, I took part in quite a few surveys in the early 1990s.
