Samsung Tocco Lite

I have this phone and want to move stuff to my new iPhone 3G by bluetooth but the iPhone doesnt pick up the Samsung signal. So I decided to move all my stuff from the Samsung to my PC to then sync with my Iphone.

Can my stuff on the Samsung be moved my PC without the Samsung Studio software ? I tried using the USB but my pc doesnt detect it.

Any other ideas ? I would like to know ASAP so that I can give my Samsung away !
