I am starting it today, having a shake for breakfast, lunch and having a healthy tea.
Has anybody tried it? I know you can have either 2 shakes and a healthy 600 calorie meal but what about the Slim fast snacks you can buy?
If you've done it, was the weight loss good? Did you feel ok? Which plan did you opt for? The shakes or the meal bars?

Everyone had given you really good advice. If you're still tempted by the Slimfast, ask me about the raging diarrhoea I got when I was on it a few years ago....
you want to lose 2 stone?? so you want to be 7 stone something, that is no ideal weight and you are not overweight anyway, I think you just need to tone up as you say weight is all on your belly. do some plank exercises
and I dont believe the eat less calories than you burn, as I move about alot but dont eat loads all day, its what you eat. I agree with cutting out carbs x
I've often used Slimfast for a short low weightloss (6lbs before a holiday for example). I must be the only one who thinks the ready made chocolate and especially vanilla shakes are absolutely delicious, especially if really cold.
