Runtime Error 302

I am posting this on behalf of a friend who is getting the above error message and can't access the internet (although she says MSN is still working?).

Her kids were playing on the PC and downloading stuff and now this error appears and she can't connect.

Anyone any ideas what it is and how to fix it? She is with Virgin broadband if that makes any difference.

Crikey, that looks quite serious! She can't download any files though as she cant access the internet :-)

tried the old favourite of restoring back to before you had the problem, no guarantees but you never know..
