Hi Guys
I've read a few reviews about the Amazon Kindle on line, but I'd like to hear if anybody is loading books up with illustrations.
I like Birdwatching (Not Twitching) but have only limited ID skills.
So I would like to know how pictures look in sunlight on a Kindle?
I can see how the tech’ for pages is OK, But I imagine pictures are another issue.
Thanks stacks - swotty

what an interesting idea...I have only seen words on a Kindle. Had no idea that you could have pictures...so much lighter than lugging around a book. I will bear this in mind.
I think the biggest problem would be the fact that all the pics are black and white, possibly not the best for IDing birds?
How come all retailers seem to be charging £111 for a Kindle? Why doesn't the law on Resale Price Maintenance seem to apply here, and allow retailers to offer Kindles at a discounted price?
This applies to Apple products, too! :-(
