What is this fruiting plant, on Malta?

Can anyone identify this fruiting shrub, please, which I photographed in Malta? the leaves are fleshy and the flowers look like orange blossom.

Yes, it's not! It's small and plum like, and the flowers (next pic) aren't right for apples.

about 1.5 inches long.
Could they perhaps be unripened figs ? I'm only hazarding a guess but they seem the same size and shape.

No, I know a fig tree, next door has one - the leaves are all wrong. These leaves are fleshy and small, as you can see in pic. It's a shrubby hedge-type bush.

no, ladybirder - wrong leaves again, and greengages' skins are like plums, this fruit has a sort of rough-apple look.

breeze and tara, thank you - the links work! my plant looks like a weeny mango but again, the leaves don't match the plant I photographed, on any of them. I think that I may have to email the hotel and ask them, the plant was growing in the hotel grounds.
Hi boxtops.Have to agree the leaves are a bit vaque but the fruit certainly looks like Mangoes.

The flowers look like a citrus on 2nd link .....but which citrus...?

I agree with you sidkid, very like orange blossom, but the leaves are fleshy like a succulent.
