Problem with established Jasmine.
I have a very established Jasmine in my garden.
The last few years it was basically growing wild despite being regularly, sometimes quite harshly, hacked backed.
This year half the 'branches' look dead although there is some sign of life on some of them.We still have a few healthy branches.
I'm wondering if I may have been too brutal with my pruning now.I've cut a lot out.
Can anyone tell me if I have done the right thing by cutting what seems like dead branches off and crucially what are its chances? Still have some blossoms, thankfully,so can stiil enjoy the scent :o)
