CAN'T GET EMAIL
3 Answers
I have two Orange free email accounts: [email protected] which I have used over the past 3/4 years but today after entering the email address and the password and clicking on sign in , nothing happened . I tried changing the password which was accepted by Orange but still it didn't work.
I got on to Orange who were pretty useless.
I know if you don't use the account for 90 days they make it inactive but I used both last week OK.
I tried sending myself an email using Windows Mail and it didn't come back as not deliverable so it went somewhere.
I could easily get new email addresses but I would lose all the messages in the in box and I would have to inform everyone who have them.
Has anyone else had trouble using the @fsmail.net address with Orange.

This was not true as I had used them the previous week, however even had it been true they could have told me that as soon as I contacted them instead of days of prevarication , which cost me £2/3 in telephone calls.

that's why I basically use Hotmail and Gmail accounts rather than the ones that come from your provider. We've changed provider twice and each time have had to change emails (though at least we were able to save important emails first).
Hotmail also vanishes if you haven't used it for a month, I believe, but Gmails don't.
