Dr Filth.... your points on the NHS are well taken, but you have undermined your issue by politicising it. The inadequacies of the NHS have been highlighted and also increasing under ALL Political Parties.

Craftypig, yes, you're paying more. But are you also earning more? Has the power bill gone up as a percentage of your income? Broadly speaking, if it has gone up less than the rate of inflation, then it's reduced in real terms. (But of course the rise in your income may also not have kept pace with the inflation rate).
