Bleeding at 5 weeks

i had bleeding yesterday morning and some stomach pain so went to hospital were they did an internal scan to tell me that there is a sack but no heartbeat or baby yet so to come back in a week, they said that i am 5 weeks gone, they said they think the blood was from implant bleeding, when i got home last night i started to bleed heavier than earlier that day and this time was fresh red blood with lots of clots rather big also happening this morning does anyone think i should ring hospital back or i this normal?

It is Possible that you could be having or Had Miscarriage, The best you can do is wait a wk like the hospital said. Good luck xo
