Bleeding in pregnancy - literally 2 weeks into pregnancy

I found out this morning I was pregnant (hence my previous "can I have a spray tan" question about my wedding) and within this last 30 mins I have discovered a 50p size brown stain in my underwear -- its watery and not red. Im having cramps/bloated feelings as if I was desperate for a wee (which was when I discovered)

I know it could be all of nothing but just wanted to know if anyone has experiened the same but continued to be pregnant! My partner said this happened when I was having my son but I just dont remember.

it is pretty well known that most women miss their second period rather than their first during pregnancy (the period that makes them realise they are pregnant if you see what I mean). so this could be the your first period, where youwill miss the second one and the ones after (sorry im not makin this very clear :( )
and it sounds like its just a 'show' i.e. a tiny period but best get yourself to the walk-in centre just to be sure.

Phantom periods can happen up to 14 weeks - though one should be concerned at that latter time. My ex had one and it turned out to be ectopic...one of the hardest calls in gynaecology apparently.....but our gynae caught it and we avoided the collapse.

it could just be an implantation bleed which is quite common.

Ive just called the Womens Hospital near to where I live and she has advised it could be all of nothing but to contact them should pains get worse and colours turn to red!

Im just a panicker - sorry - been excited for this to happen again

Put your feet up and rest for a couple of days,...... just in case. I'd had two miscarriages before and with the third pregnancy I had a slight brownish discharge in the second month, I was petrified it was happening again, but I did as the doc said and rested I was OK. If you have any worries see your doctor.

Got no chance of relaxing these next few days - late shift tomorrow, charity event Sat and work again on an early on Sunday! Next week Im off all week. Will just have to rest as much as possible inbetween it all.

Positive thinking ....... I SHALL BE OK!!
