Agree with fender, never had a problem with them, they've been very good.

We used to be with TalkTalk and they had the worst service ever!!! Their customer services is dreadful! Four times they accidentally cancelled our contract, leaving us without cover fro between three and 6 weeks each time. No apologies, even though they did admit it was their fault! My advice ... stay well clear of TalkTalk!!!

They aren't that great, sorry, but i found BT worse, and no catch, but you need to look at the small print, don't sign up for anything you don't want.
We are with them, line rental, broadband, calls, but found the broadband service goes down quite a bit, perhaps it depends on the area don't know.
When contract came to end, they did offer an incentive of half price on part of the package, calls after seven pm free and weekends. We have stayed because didn't like the faffing around of changing again

I suffered with talktalk for ages. Sky Broadband recently troubled me aswell.

agree with billandhiscat, it has just taken more than 15 minutes and frayed tempers to log in, that's their sloooow internet connection. And customer service is poor to say the least.
