Is Keir Starmer Really Going To Arrest...
News0 min ago
There's a few things that have happened in the last few weeks that have caused me a bit of worry and stress, nothing major, but even though I have talked through them with my family and partner and realised that really things are ok I can;t shake this feeling of worry, to the point that I can't eat anything without feeling really really sick, or being sick. this has been going on nearly 2 weeks now, I haven't eaten properly in a week!
Any tips on how to combat this worry as I know I'm being irrational and a worry wart and its not like me, I just can't stop dwelling on this stuff!
thanks guys :-)

when I worry I just keep telling myself every thing is going to be alright over and over again, and tomorrows gonna come weather you choose to be in it or not, and there is always someone worst of than you.
it will calm down after a little while, its propley because you have not worried before like this.
try to eat little meals and build yourself back up slowly, because you have starved your body and now its wondering why your feeding it again.
I hope I have been useful good luck xx
try some deep - really deep - breathing; a nice hot bubble bath; burn some lavendar oil and close your eyes and go to a happy place!
When my worries (I suffer panic attacks too) get bad, I find the radio helps, particiularly at night. You can't help listening to the dj harping on, and it's hard to think about the worry at the same time.
And have a chat to the doc. x
