Not all the banks here have inside ATM's that's the trouble.

Tip: always keep your drink with you and never put it down. If it's water keep the top on and with you to. Do not plank or balcony (we've lost 4 or 5 in the last week here). have a super time and enjoy it. The booze cruise is supposedly good as is the sunset cruise, but all costs money!

Use one of those money belts that you wear under your clothes & only keep in your purse enough cash for 1 Day that way if you get robbed you won't lose too much.

but Ron they make you everso sweaty, get a proper outside one and wear with the zips facing you, but still do not take all your papers and money. My daughter puts her money in her boots (yes they wear boots all summer long with short shorts)

netibiza, I know of actual cases of zips being opened without your knowledge & stuff being stolen.I also have personal experience of wallet being cleverly removed from deep side trouser pocket.

Yup. me too ron, my handbag was raided and rezipped while I was getting off the bus.

Whiskyron, happened to me last week, I had a shoulderbag zipped up on my shoulder and kept pulling it in front of me, but the buggars unzipped it and took my purse out, and it was underneath 2 pairs of new shoes and a folded mag. I was astonished, but the laughs on them cos it was an old tatty purse with only 12€ in it and no documents of any kind! I think I was looking at new purses at the time!!!
