Well, you've told us the name of the company but you've not explained the nature of the job! Different jobs require different attributes. For example, good organisational skills are important for many supervisory or administrative posts, but possibly less important for shelf-filling.
Try to work out what it is that would be particularly desirable in any candidate for the post which you're applying for. For example, if you're seeking a check-out job, you'd need to be able to stick to rules about the sale of age-related products, while being remaining polite to customers at all times. You could then write something which could show that you're the type of person who could do that well. e.g. "I enjoy working with people and I have both a cheerful disposition and a good sense of humour. I recognise that check-out operators occasionally face hostility from customers (e.g. when having to refuse the sale of age-related products, such as alcohol) but I am confident that I could deal with such situations calmly, confidently and politely".
