Please can someoe look at this links and give me some advice on whether this is real or a con -sounds too good to be true? Has anyone come across any schemes such as this that actually work?

Note that in the "sample survey" you fill in they ask for your name, address, city, post code, and e-mail address.
Suppose you fill them in, how do you know what they may do with that information ?.
Once you give your e-mail address for example they will probably sell it on to other people, who will then start bombarding you with spam e-mails.
You know the old saying if it looks to good to be true then it almost certainly is. KEEP CLEAR OF IT.
Also note this:

They say they will refund your money if you are not satisfied, but there is no address, company name, phone number, or even country they are based in.
Any money you send them WILL BE LOST, YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.
