got some egg fried rice from the chinese last night,can i reheat it today?
it was left wrapped up last night on the side cooling,then was put in fridge first thing this morning?

We have this discussion on here every three months or so. ...and there will always be plenty who say"I've reheated my rice plenty of times...". That's fine...*if* you store it properly,know where you got it from,and the particular rice does not carry the pathogen.
*But"...if you are unlucky enough to get a bad batch,or you've not stored it correctly....you'll be VERY ill.
And you'll never re-heat any rice ever again.

I posted about deaths and a near death episode for a friend in Feb after they ate dodgy rice from a takeaway. I baled out of the thread because people were arguing the toss about reheating rice. It's make your own mind up time...
I just ask, is reheating a bit of cheap rice worth risking your health to the point you could die or have some of your intestines or bowel removed?
