I want to study biomedical engineering . Any advice from anybody whether should I take this field or not . What is the demand of biomedical engineers and are there any jobs available in the market or not ? Please help with answers .

The average salary of biomedical engineer is high . According to Bureau of Labor Statistics , current salary of biomedical engineer in 2007 is $79,610.
