Paid £19.50 for collagen tablets to help with my hair skin and nails, more my nails - however I gasped at the size of one of the tablets and I was to take 3 of these 3 times a day - I got one set down but could not face the rest - one tablet was very very big and I could not swallow them - thus threw them out to my disgust. I am a pretty good swallower of tablets but my word these were unbelievable. It is too late now cos I threw them out but does anybody know of smaller tablets to help with this problem. I dont want to risk buying any more. Thank you.

they looked exactly like that I can assure you that is how big they were (not as big!!!) - I actually looked on the box - no 3 to be swallowed 3 times a day.

And they couldn't have been cut up to take a bit at a time ?

old_geezer - did think about that but they were too thick and wasn't worth the effort. Sqad - I did buy other stuff from H&B and they did help I have to say in its merit.

i had some similar from holland and barratt and they were very large, i cut them into 3 with a knife and they seemed to go down ok, apart from the horrible taste..
