I would just like to know at what point in the day a person is his or her 'real height.' I'm confused. Because in the morning I get a reading very close to 5'8'. I went to a doctor and went on the scale and they said like 5'7 and half or maybe little more. Then they checked again and said 5'7 ' even. I know I grew because i was 5'7' when I was 17 years old. How accurate are the height readings in a doctors office and why should they be more accurate than the readings I have done hundreds of times at my house against a wall and using an industrial strength tape measure? I know this is a hard question to answer. All I really want is to hear people's thoughts. I have pictures that really show that I look like I have grown from three years ago. I am 23 now. I know that males can grown well into their twenties and If you ar supposed to be a certain height u will grow till u reach it whether that be slowly or quickly.
