I wasn't sure where to post this question, so hope it doesn't offend anybody that I posted here. Has anyone been collecting for the Mail rewards and if so have you had any diffiulty in getting them.

The first one arrived very quickly, the next one was sent for on the 5th June and it has never arrived, I have phoned twice and first time I was told it had been posted 25th July, apparently this was not true as the next time I phoned I was told it has been posted in the 1st August, and its still not arrived. I just wondered if anybody else was having problems or is it just me?

I had to wait almost 4 weeks for a Boots voucher I ordered on July 4th. I had ordered another for my next reward on July 30th, they both arrived on the same day earlier this week. They do say allow 14 days for delivery.

Received 2 of four, but get regular apologetic emails assuring us that they will arrive. I think they have been overwhelmed by the response, but I'm sure we'll get them all.

Yes I am still waiting for my 3rd reward supoosed to have been posted 27th July; the first 2 arrived quickly. i also think that they have been averwhelmed by the response.
