The area around the town and the piers is quite pleasant and flat, unless you're staying further back I can't see you having problems. I think there's a cable car runs to the top of the Great Orme and it starts in the town, a couple of hundred yards back, on a bit of a slope. Well worth doing if it's not too windy otherwise staying upright can be hard!

Ita ages since I went to Llandudno but I seem to remember it was very hilly once you left the main promenade. Why not ring the Tourist Office there, they will tell you.

it's very flat, both the new wide prom and the shops which run adjacant are easy to get around, it's very popular with the elderly and disabled for that reason, a very nice resort that I'm sure you will all enjoy.
Pretty flat around the front and pier but, as said, gets more hilly further out. Conwy Castle nearby is nice, some upper bits might not be so feasible but they tend to have displays and such on which could make it worth it and there is a nice tea room opposite. The train is quick but you have to get up from the platform in Conwy if you aren't driving. Can't remember if there is a lift or ramp - I remember helping someone down the steps with bags myself.

The view round the castle and over the harbour at sunset is just lovely!
