They pay in vouchers, but they do pay a minimal fee. I did a survey the other day and I got a pound. Once I get to 10 pounds they will give me a HMV voucher.
www.yougov.com They pay 50p a survey, sometimes 1.00 and occasionally 1.50. when you reach 50.00, they send you a cheque, i've been with them for some years now.
CIAO (you also get paid for opinions too) www.ciao.co.uk
Gozing (think its www.gozing.com)
media transfer (www.mediatransfer.com)
Ciao will pay you via BACS, Gozing I think is Paypal (although I think you can have others), Media Tranfer is in MT's which convert to vouchers after a a minimum target is reached (I get amazon vouchers)
This is another
http://www.nfocc.com/ - think its called consumer club. If I recall, this one posts high street vouchers to your home, decent payouts usually, although not had a lot of surveys.
There's also Surveyspot, tickbox, Ipsos - i think all of these offer prize draw entries, rather than specific rewards, but the prized are bigger if you are prepared to take a chance.
Remember, sometimes you'll be invited to do a screener, and won't be suitable for the survey every time, so keep trying - I got 20 high street voucher once.
