when is the best time to move azaleas and a blueberry bush. thanks in anticipation.

azaleas like to be pot bound and this produces the best flowers its possible to plant the in terracotta pots in the soil and then the roots will just burst the pot eventually. As a ruleof thumb you move plants after they finish flowering so why not pot up the azalea then if it does not like where you move it to you can just dig up the pot and move it again without damaging the roots more.

best to move them when dormant in late Autumn especially for the Azalea or you can get away with early spring depending on the weather.
