What about banning hoodies, and making it illegal to make them, automatic fine for anyone wearing one and confiscation of it or cutting off the hood, if they can't hide maybe they will be a little less like showing their faces.

I was at university in Cardiff. Told not to go. Only alternative was to send clothes. Later met a young girl who was in school at the time who survived minus her clothes. Bravely she became a teacher.

I remember Aberfan, and have been past there on the train. I was looking at some photos on the internet the other day. 9:15am on Friday October 21st 1966. It nearly started me off crying.
Re hoods, I'm not giving up mine and getting wet and cold! Ever tried riding on a mobility scooter in the teeming rain and getting soaked? We've had our fair share of rioting in London, and one dope even posted his face and loot on Facebook. Hope he gets nicked, but they will only find some other way of hiding their faces if they want to, as already stated by previous posters.

Hi Carandrog, I have about 3 hoodies which I wear mostly because I'm cold and I want to be cosy. Now, when it comes to hoodies I don't do cheap. Each one cost between £60-£70 so will you or somebody else be reimbursing me if you want to cut the hood off?

And while you're at it, you'll have to ban scarfs too. Oh, and wooly hats.
