I really fancy a pint of ginger beer and a nice lie-down. Came back from Cardiff with a tummy bug. There's a rumble in the jungle and it sounds like bongo drums...

Plenty of time to go to the doctors tomorrow... Trouble is, they'll expect me to work :-(

Still, I may be sent home if the bongo drums are still playing and I don't open the windows....

stop talking about nice food! Its ryvita and low fat laughing cow with some rocket and cucumber today and all week :-( Trying to shed some pounds for my impending 'charidy' bike ride.
