Rapport download

Hi, I have downloaded rapport through IE, for internet banking, but as I don't use IE. I use Chrome, should I download it again through chrome?

Shouldn't need to.

Then click on How do I know it's working

Thanks rojash, I have checked that and it says the Rapport icon should be green to be protected , and not protected if the icon is grey. I'm getting grey, will I have to uninstall it from IE then download through chrome, or will it be OK to leave it in IE ?

The icon only shows green if
(a) Rapport is installed and working
(b) you are actually visiting a protected site (such as bank line)
So go to bank line and check then that the icon is green

Yes mine was grey for AB now I've selected "protect site" it's turned green.

Its sorted now, thanks for your help. D97 mine was also grey for this site, I didn't know you could "protect this site" and others, (I thought it was just for the banking site) until you pointed it out, thanks!
